Speaker Bio
Jonathan Neeb has served as the Residential Supervisor at Lighthouse Recovery Community
Center since March 2023. Drawing from his own lived experience with addiction, Jon brings
deep empathy and understanding to his role. He began struggling with addiction in 1996 and
spent much of his 20s and 30s in and out of jails and prisons. It wasn’t until the age of 39 that
Jon made the life-changing decision to seek recovery, acknowledging his powerlessness over
addiction. Since then, Jon has dedicated himself to helping others find a new path. He is a proud
graduate of the Manitowoc County Drug Court program (2022), a Certified Recovery Coach
(2021), and a Certified Peer Support Specialist (2022). In addition to his role at Lighthouse, Jon
also serves as the Executive Director of Lotus Recovery Homes, a nonprofit recovery residence
committed to supporting individuals on their journey to sobriety. Jon’s passion for recovery is
deeply personal and shared with his wife Brianne, who is also in recovery. The couple married in
2023 and together they are raising a blended family of seven children and two grandchildren.
Continuing his commitment to growth, Jon is currently pursuing an associate degree in Business
Management. Outside of work and school, he prioritizes self-care through weekly golf
outings—proudly admitting that while his game may not be great, the joy and peace it brings are
what matter most.
