Jason Latva is the Executive Director of the Lighthouse Recovery Community Center
and has been in that role since March 2024. Prior to taking the role of Executive
Director, he served on the Board of Directors since the organization started in 2018.
Jason has worked in the recovery field since 2012. Prior roles include Executive
Director of a residential and outpatient dual diagnosis treatment facility, Criminal Justice
Coordinator for the State of Wisconsin, Manitowoc County Treatment Court and AODA
program, and working for multiple counties throughout Northeast Wisconsin for the
Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. He has earned his Bachelor’s
Degree in Organizational Management, Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling and his Master of Business Administration. He holds licensure as a
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC),
Independent Clinical Supervisor (ICS), and is a certified Recovery Coach.
Jason is a person in long term recovery (recovery date 06/10/10) and lives in De Pere,
WI with his wife Sherie, 2 sons Tyson and Beckett, and 2 dogs Bernie and Slime.
