Johanna M. Dolan, MS, BCC, RCP-F, RPS is the founder and CEO of Dolan Research International, where she leads national efforts to strengthen recovery workforce development, elevate peer support systems, and build sustainable recovery-oriented organizations. A Board Certified Coach with a background in industrial-organizational psychology, Johanna blends research, lived experience, and systems-level thinking to deliver transformative consulting and training. She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the National Steering Committee for the Center for Addiction Recovery Support (CARS), and her work has been featured by SAMHSA and recovery organizations across the country. Known for her dynamic facilitation style, Johanna brings clarity, empathy, and actionable insight to every conversation.
