My career has spanned 22 years predominately in the areas of technology, customer engagement and data management. As a manager/director, my primarily responsibilities have been program effectiveness, team capacity development and project delivery. I have over 10 years of non-profit board leadership experience and consistently seek to support social impact projects and programs with expertise gained from my formal corporate training. Over the past 12 years I have also worked in a consulting capacity for many organizations within the field of treatment and recovery for mental health and substance use disorders (SUDs), actively building tools, analyzing data and functioning as an evaluator for programs reporting in SPARS. Alongside a team of PhD researchers, my primarily role is to provide data, budget and technical expertise to support my project team and organizations at the city, county, and state level who are addressing substance use disorders. I have
collaborated with organizations to secure federal funding for projects focused largely on co-occurring disorders and work dynamically as either an evaluator or as other technical support.
