In this session, Dr. Gretchen Hammond, Jake Hammond of Mighty Crow and Danielle Gray of Ohio Recovery Housing will share the story of how Ohio has built a comprehensive, evidence-based infrastructure to support recovery housing across the state. Attendees will learn how Ohio’s commitment to data collection, quality assurance, and strategic growth laid the foundation for a digital system that effectively manages certification, monitors resident outcomes, and supports operator compliance with high standards. This session will provide a practical demonstration of how thoughtful infrastructure can elevate recovery housing systems.
