Description

Strong recovery communities don't exist in silos—they thrive through collaboration. This panel explores how peer-led Recovery Cafés and Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs) partner with recovery residences to build recovery capital, strengthen individual support networks, and create sustainable recovery ecosystems.

Attendees will hear from recovery residence operators, community organization leaders, and a person with lived experience as they share real-world examples of collaboration in action. The session will highlight the benefits of connecting residents to peer-driven recovery support services, strategies for building and sustaining partnerships, common challenges and solutions, and ways to integrate mutual support, social connection, and service navigation into the culture of a recovery residence.
