Christopher Waugh, born in Richmond in 1982, is a person in long-term recovery from substance use disorder. He currently serves as the Director of Operations for True Recovery RVA, where he supervises the delivery of the Advanced Recovery Management System for True Recovery RVA, Eco Flats RVA, and the Chesterfield County Jail HARP Program. Christopher is a NAADAC-approved educator for FAVOR of Virginia and the author of multiple trainings for recovery professionals. He is also a dedicated husband and father of three.
