Logan O’Neil is the Opioid Response Program Specialist within the Substance Use, Gambling, and Epidemiology section of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. Ms. O'Neil manages several projects supported under Michigan's Opioid Healing and Recovery Fund through the national opioid settlement. She additionally serves as the Project Director for Michigan's two-year, $74 million State Opioid Response (SOR) grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. In her role, she works to expand access to recovery services, including recovery housing, for persons with substance use disorders. She is a graduate of Michigan State University where she received a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies in Social Science with a concentration in Community Governance and Advocacy.
