Zach has a breadth of knowledge in the behavioral health and SUD treatment space. He advises drug rehabilitation facilities and recovery residences on a variety of issues. Zach regularly advises in the context of zoning and land use, challenging restrictive zoning laws that attempt to prevent facilities from operating in their existing location. Zach also advises on labor and employment matters, and litigates employment disputes related to racial discrimination, wrongful termination, wage & hour laws, and retaliation. Clients have come to rely on his insight regarding employee handbooks and labor code issues.
