I am Briana Yocum, the Director of Accreditation and Professional Development for Washington Alliance for Quality Recovery Residences (WAQRR). Over the years, I have directed and managed various recovery homes in Washington State. With a passion for fostering understanding and resolution, I am also a trained mediator with the Dispute Resolution Center.
I find immense gratification in witnessing residents transcend conflicts and embrace a shared sense of humanity. Observing them rise above immediate challenges and focus on personal growth and mutual support is a profound experience.
