Leadership is about action - but what does it look like when actually utilized? This breakout will focus on what it means to actually create a leadership practice.
Objectives
1. Translate leadership from theory into tangible behaviors and daily practices that drive meaningful impact.
2. Identify ways participants can integrate these practices - responsibility, self reflection & feedback, and collective leadership - into their own work, relationships, and house environments.
3. Guide participants in outlining one immediate, concrete step they will take to begin or strengthen their personal leadership practice.
