Description
Recovery housing isn’t just a place to live—it’s a platform for leadership and change. This
session will explore how peers working in or alongside recovery housing can take on advocacy
and leadership roles that strengthen systems and support resident voice. From shaping house
policies to influencing local and statewide decisions, participants will hear practical examples
and learn how peer supporters can lead efforts that improve equity, elevate lived experience, and
foster long-term recovery outcomes across housing programs.
