Collective Leadership recognizes the leader that exists with all of us, regardless of job title, professional background, or lived experience. This plenary talk will define the possibilities created through collective leadership and the opportunities created within recovery housing for residents, as well as those running the operation.
Objectives
1. Highlight the unique possibilities and positive outcomes that emerge when recovery housing communities adopt a collective leadership approach.
