In addition to her role at Seed Sower Inc., Jessi serves as a board member for God's Way Home, contributing her expertise and passion for community support and recovery services. Her previous experience as a Peer at Wheeling Hospital’s Emergency Department has further honed her skills in providing compassionate and effective support.
Jessi is a dedicated advocate for recovery, having been in recovery for five and a half years. Her personal journey through recovery informs her professional approach and deepens her empathy for those she supports. This lived experience fuels her drive to help others navigate their own paths to recovery, making her contributions both impactful and profoundly personal.
Jessi holds several key certifications, including Peer Recovery Support Specialist, Adult Mental Health and First Aid Certification, and Community Health Education Resource Person Level 1 Certification. These credentials reflect her comprehensive knowledge and training in various aspects of mental health and recovery support.
Her skills encompass Narcan Training, consistency within the recovery housing field, and a relentless drive to help others achieve what was so freely given to her. Jessi is known for her determination and high value placed on the lives of the people she serves.
Outside of her professional commitments, Jessi is a devoted mother to three beautiful children, balancing her career with a fulfilling family life.
