Description

In this session, a panel of experienced operators of recovery residences will discuss different ways that an operator of a recovery residence can maintain a sustainable census of residents in their home. From attracting residents to the home from mutual aid meetings and referral sources, to keeping residents actively engaged in the home. The panel will answer questions about recovery housing operations.

Objectives
Operators will acquire skills to effectively manage a sustainable count of residents in the recovery residence.
Operators will explore different sources of referrals and how to build partnerships for ongoing collaboration.
