Description
While there has been considerable attention on the wellbeing of individuals in recovery, little attention has been paid to the ongoing developmental and support needs of peer navigators and peer recovery specialists – the people whose activities are essential to the social contagion of recovery and whose modelling of recovery inspires and supports change in others.
Objectives
1. To understand the logic and rationale of measuring peer worker wellbeing
2. To understand the findings and results of a peer research project
3. To create opportunities for discussing capacity building and workforce growth in the
recovery residence sector
