Beth Snyder has served as the Operations Director for the Lighthouse Recovery Community
Center since September of 2020. She is passionate about serving her community and is devoted
to the nonprofit sector, serving the nonprofit community in Manitowoc County since 2003. Prior
to her work with the Lighthouse, she held positions as the Financial Health Program Coordinator,
Certified Consumer Credit Counselor, and HUD Certified Housing Counselor with Catholic
Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay, serving Manitowoc County from 2003-2020, when the
decision was made to close the Manitowoc office as a result of the COVID Pandemic. Prior to
2003, Beth served as Executive Director for Harmony Living Centers for 5 years, where she
gained valuable, real-life business experience. Beth earned her B.S. in Human Resource
Management and M.S. in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College in
Manitowoc, Wisconsin. She currently serves on several community boards and committees.
Beth resides in Manitowoc, Wisconsin with her husband, Richard. They have five children and
four grandchildren. When Beth isn’t working, you will find her relaxing at her cabin avoiding all
forms of technology.
