Monica Flora, LPC, CSAC is the Assistant Clinical Director of ARTS (Addiction Recovery Treatment Services) at Piedmont Regional Community Services Board (PRCSB). She has worked for PRCSB since 2009. She has worked as an active clinician providing individual and treatment services to both individuals with mental health and substance use diagnoses. During her time at PRCSB she has been active in the development of SUD treatment services to include OBAT and Mobile OBAT. She has also been active in development of Recovery services for Pregnant and Parenting Women (PEARL Program) which includes the Grace House Recovery Residence, and PACE to Recovery (partnership with PRCSB and local ED in order to increase access to MAT), PACE to Recovery expansion to emergency services, and first responders. Monica also oversees a Peer Run Recovery Center, Community Recovery Program for employment first opportunities (including an occupational training program), and four recovery residences for adults. Working alongside and providing supervision to Peer Recovery Specialists is a highlight of Monica’s career. Monica is passionate about creating services to meet the needs of her community and delivering recovery-oriented services.
