Catherine Hines is a Research Project Manager at the Kentucky Injury Prevention and Research Center (KIPRC). KIPRC is housed in the University of Kentucky's College of Public Health and is also a bona fide agent for the Kentucky state Department for Public Health. She holds her BA in Classical Studies from Centre College.
Catherine engages in outreach to other states interested in the FindHelpNow.org platform and offers technical assistance for states which decide to create their own SUD treatment locator website or linkage to care programs and other related resources. She manages the development and implementation of linkage to care programs throughout Kentucky for substance use disorder, recovery housing and mental health.
Catherine also works on research related to evaluating the effectiveness of programs in the areas of substance use and recovery.
