Description
During 2023, many State and Federal law enforcement agencies have continued to investigate allegations of wrongdoing against sober home owners, operators and their business partners. Moreover, these investigative agencies have continued to make referrals to Federal and State prosecutors for possible civil and / or criminal enforcement. During this session, we will discuss the current enforcement environment and discuss steps you can take to reduce your level of regulatory risk.
Objectives
1. Participants will learn about the state of the government's current health care fraud
