The Oklahoma Alliance for Recovery Residences, OKARR, launched as the state affiliate of NARR in January 2020. OKARR and the state agency lead for housing in Oklahoma for the single state authority on behavioral health and substance use will share the collaborative, strategic and partnership-led approaches used for the community to prevent and end homelessness among those in recovery.
