Will Lycan started with the Minnesota Association of Sober Homes (MASH) as a project coordinator through AmeriCorps. Shortly after serving, he was hired on as MASH’s first full-time employee. Because of this, Will has a wealth of experience on the many aspects of running a NARR State Affiliate. He is one of the creators of the NARR Grievance Policy & Procedure Toolkit (along with Quin Forss and Hanna Boleman). Beyond his administrative duties, Will has been crafting policies and working in Minnesota’s legislative arena. Will has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and is an ICAgile Certified Professional in Project Management.
